The hotel has a fantastic downtown location, making it super easy to get around. Enjoyed free bike rentals which made exploring the area fun and convenient. The staff were friendly, especially a woman named Bonita who went above and beyond with a thoughtful gift after I mentioned a small issue. The rooms are comfortable, with great views of the colorful downtown buildings. The room's cooling system was also a bit noisy, turning on and off frequently. I love the filtered water stations on every floor, very handy! Just wish there were more coffee pods in the room, especially for two guests.

We loved exploring Zoo Boise during our stay! The Giraffe Encounters were a big hit with the kids, and having a relaxed vibe at the hotel after was perfect. The staff was friendly, and we appreciated that our non-service dog was welcome.
My wife says that the shower head was a bit low, making it tricky for taller guests. Also, it would be great if the hotel had a small dog area for quick potty breaks.

The location is perfect for downtown Boise, a short walk from cool shops and restaurants. The suite was spacious with nice touches, like a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV. Bathroom had fresh soaps, a huge shower, and the fitness centre was a plus for working out. The staff were super helpful, too.

Had a lovely experience with friendly staff and a well-appointed suite featuring a jacuzzi tub. The location was fantastic, too. However, the initial charge on my card for uncommunicated incidentals was frustrating, and the room's cleanliness left something to be desired with some dusty items.

The location impresses, being walkable to various restaurants and the scenic Greenbelt. Enjoyed the fast wifi and comfortable bed in the room, which was a delight after a long day. However, the dining options were limited, and I wished for a more varied menu. Additionally, noise from the street was noticeable at times, potentially disrupting sleep.

Had an awesome group trip! We loved the beautiful outdoor adventures, especially visiting Zoo Boise and experiencing Art in the Park. The location was perfect for exploring everything nearby, and the rooms were spacious and clean.
However, our breakfast experience was disappointing. It felt cheap and lacked variety considering the overall price of the stay.

Our stay was marked by varying experiences. Enjoyed breakfast at a nearby café, which made up for it. A room change may have enhanced our stay.
